§ 54115

Added by Stats. 1949, Ch. 81.

A contract shall not be let by the board until the plans have been approved by the Division of Architecture of the Department of Public Works, and in the case of schools by the Division of Schoolhouse Planning of the State Department of Education. Article 3, Chapter 3, Division 9 of the Education Code applies to all schoolhouses constructed pursuant to this article to the extent that it does not conflict with this article.
