§ 66540.39

Added by Stats. 2007, Ch. 734, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 2008.

The air emission standard for new vessels purchased by the authority shall exceed the federal Environmental Protection Agency’s air quality standards for Tier II 2007 marine engines by at least 85 percent.
