§ 66540.4

Repealed and added by Stats. 2007, Ch. 734, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 2008.

There is hereby established the San Francisco Bay Area Water Emergency Transportation Authority as a local governmental entity of regional government, with jurisdiction extending throughout the bay area region.
