§ 12975.1

All examination expense moneys collected by the Department of Insurance under the provisions of Sections 736, 1061, and 1857.4 are hereby appropriated to the department and shall be deposited in the Insurance Fund to the credit of the support appropriation for the department current at the time of the deposit.
