§ 12980

Added by Stats. 1985, Ch. 1494, Sec. 1. Effective October 2, 1985.

The Financial Responsibility Penalty Account is hereby created in the General Fund. Moneys in the account shall be expended, upon appropriation therefor, for matters including, but not limited to, automobile insurance and financial responsibility of vehicle owners and operators.
