Immediately after the installment has become delinquent, the county treasurer shall prepare and publish once a week for two consecutive weeks in each affected county in one notice a list of all delinquencies in the county.

The notice shall contain all the following:

(a)A description of the property assessed.
(b)The name of the person to whom it is assessed or a statement that it is assessed to unknown owners if such is the fact.
(c)The amount then due on the property.
(d)A notice that the property assessed will be sold on the date therein stated in front of the county courthouse to pay the amount then due on the property.
