For the purposes of this chapter, “account” means the Water Supply, Reliability, and Infrastructure Account created by Section 79166.

The Water Supply, Reliability, and Infrastructure Account is hereby created in the fund. The sum of six hundred thirty million dollars ($630,000,000) is hereby transferred from the fund to the account.
