§ 4441

Added by Stats. 1977, Ch. 1252.

Except as otherwise specifically provided elsewhere in this code, all of the institutions under the jurisdiction of the State Department of Developmental Services shall be governed by uniform rule and regulation of the State Department of Developmental Services and all of the provisions of this chapter shall apply to the conduct and management of such institutions.
