§ 4474.8

Amended by Stats. 2010, Ch. 717, Sec. 122. (SB 853) Effective October 19, 2010.

Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, the State Department of Developmental Services shall continue the operation of the Agnews Outpatient Clinic and the Lanterman Outpatient Clinic until such time as the State Department of Developmental Services is no longer responsible for the property at the respective developmental center, as applicable.
