§ 4445

Added by renumbering Section 4105 by Stats. 1977, Ch. 1252.

Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 4444, the Director of General Services, with the consent of the State Department of Developmental Services, may grant rights-of-way for road purposes over and across state property comprising the site of the Sonoma State Hospital, upon such terms and conditions as the Director of General Services may deem to be for the best interests of the state.
