§ 9173

Added by Stats. 2025, Ch. 364, Sec. 2. (AB 450) Effective January 1, 2026. Repealed as of January 1, 2029, pursuant to Section 9175.

For purposes of this article, “older and aging” means an adult 60 years of age or older.
