§ 9174

Added by Stats. 2025, Ch. 364, Sec. 2. (AB 450) Effective January 1, 2026. Repealed as of January 1, 2029, pursuant to Section 9175.

This article shall be implemented upon appropriation by the Legislature for purposes of this article.
