§ 9175

Added by Stats. 2025, Ch. 364, Sec. 2. (AB 450) Effective January 1, 2026. Repealed as of January 1, 2029, by its own provisions. Note: Repeal affects Article 6, commencing with Section 9170.

This article shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2029, and as of that date is repealed.
