§ 12182.1

Added by Stats. 1999, Ch. 1000, Sec. 54. Effective January 1, 2000.

The Secretary of State shall establish by regulation an application, examination, and commission fee that shall not exceed the amount necessary to cover the costs of commissioning notaries public and the enforcement of laws governing notaries public. The fee shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100) per commission.
