§ 12183

Amended by Stats. 2000, Ch. 1003, Sec. 53. Effective January 1, 2001. Operative July 1, 2001, by Sec. 56 of Ch. 1003.

The Secretary of State shall charge and collect the following fees for certification:

(a)Certification of a document: Five dollars ($5).
(b)Certificate of status or filing: Five dollars ($5).
(c)Certificate of information: Ten dollars ($10) if the request is communicated in writing, and five dollars ($5) if the request is communicated by

another medium authorized by a rule adopted by the office of the Secretary of State.
