§ 12185

Amended by Stats. 2012, Ch. 494, Sec. 55. (SB 1532) Effective January 1, 2013.

Upon the filing of any document pursuant to any provision of the Corporations Code for which there is a filing fee of twenty-five dollars ($25) or more, at the time of filing the Secretary of State shall provide a copy without charge.
