§ 14105.6

Added by Stats. 2017, Ch. 95, Sec. 3. (SB 103) Effective July 21, 2017.
(a)The department shall prepare a detailed plan that shall include steps the department will take to ensure that it is in conformance with its policies to prevent discrimination or preferences in its employing practices or its practices in bidding and awarding public contracts to provide equal access to opportunities for all qualified applicants, and shall report the plan to the Legislature and shall report updates to the plan, as necessary.
(b)All reports to the Legislature required by this section shall be submitted in conformance with Section 9795.
