§ 14110.2

Added by Stats. 2017, Ch. 95, Sec. 5. (SB 103) Effective July 21, 2017.
(a)The department shall collect voluntarily reported data on groups of interest awarded public contracts by the department, including, but not limited to, women, minority, LGBT, and disabled veteran business enterprises.
(b)The department shall report the information collected pursuant to subdivision (a) annually to the Legislature in conformance with Section 9795.
