§ 14110.3

Added by Stats. 2017, Ch. 95, Sec. 6. (SB 103) Effective July 21, 2017.

The department shall achieve, at a minimum, an overall rate of 25 percent certified small business participation in state-funded contracts and procurements. For purposes of this section, “small business” has the same meaning as set forth in Section 14837.
