§ 22176

Added by Stats. 1963, Ch. 420.

A district, whether heretofore or hereafter formed, may provide for the acquisition, construction, maintenance and operation of sewage collection and disposal mains, and sewage treatment and disposal facilities for all or any portion of the lands within its boundaries.
