§ 30520

Amended by Stats. 1994, Ch. 923, Sec. 236. Effective January 1, 1995.

Within 30 days after the election of the first directors and thereafter within 30 days after taking office pursuant to Section 10554 of the Elections Code the directors shall meet and shall elect one of their number president and may elect one of their number vice president.
