§ 34701

Amended by Stats. 2004, Ch. 118, Sec. 27. Effective January 1, 2005.

Officers take office as soon as they qualify except that officers elected or appointed pursuant to the Uniform District Election Law shall take office at noon on the first Friday in December next following the general district election.
