§ 35100

Amended by Stats. 1994, Ch. 923, Sec. 243. Effective January 1, 1995.

District elections shall be conducted in conformity with the Uniform District Election Law (Part 4 (commencing with Section 10500) of Division 10 of the Elections Code) and any provisions of law generally applicable to districts organized under this division.
