The petition shall state the grounds and reasons upon which it is claimed that the land should be excluded and shall describe the boundaries thereof, and also the land of such petitioner or petitioners which is included within the boundaries. The description of the land need not be more particular or certain than is required when the land is entered in the assessment book by the county assessor.
