§ 40307

Added by Stats. 1990, Ch. 1593, Sec. 4. Effective September 30, 1990.

In order to be nominated and eligible for the office of director, a candidate shall be a holder of title within the district. If a holder of title to land is not a natural person, the holder of title to land may designate a representative or representatives to be eligible to be elected or appointed as a director by filing with the district written evidence of that designation.
