The secretary shall enter in the records of the board a statement of the result of the election as soon as it is declared. The statement shall show:
(a)The whole number of votes cast in the district, and in each division.
(b)The names of the persons voted for.
(c)The office to fill which each person was voted for.
(d)The number of votes cast in each precinct for each person voted for.
(e)The number of votes cast in each division for the office of director.
