§ 50001

Added by Stats. 1951, Ch. 336.

“District” means any reclamation district formed pursuant to any law of this State prior to April 5, 1911, and any district formed pursuant to Article 2, Chapter 1, Title 8, Part 3 of the Political Code or pursuant to this division.
