Amended by Stats. 2002, Ch. 221, Sec. 173. Effective January 1, 2003.
The election board shall canvass the votes cast and issue certificates of election to the persons elected, and shall place the ballots, when canvassed, in a sealed envelope and forward it to the county elections official.
