The county treasurer of each county wherein any of the lands assessed are situated, shall, immediately following the expiration of the period of 60 days from the date of the order, report to the county treasurer of the principal county all payments of assessments on each parcel and shall also report all parcels which are delinquent, and the amount of delinquencies thereon.
