§ 55385

Added by Stats. 1955, Ch. 452.

Whenever in the opinion of the governing body of a county waterworks district the public interest and necessity require, it may order the formation of an improvement district for the purpose of constructing any authorized improvement within the boundaries of said waterworks district.
