The treasurer of the county in which a district is located shall be the treasurer of the district. The tax collector of the county in which a district is located shall be the tax collector of the district. The auditor of the county in which a district is located shall be the auditor of the district. The assessor of the county in which a district is located shall be the assessor of the district.
