§ 1700.2

Added by renumbering Section 1701 by Stats. 2025, Ch. 401, Sec. 19. (AB 1520) Effective January 1, 2026.

At any time after notice of an application is given, an applicant, permittee, or licensee may change the point of diversion, place of use, purpose of use, or any other provision or condition from that specified in the application, permit, or license; but that change may be made only upon permission of the board.
