§ 1851

Added by Stats. 1980, Ch. 933, Sec. 13.

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to limit or abridge the right of any person to bring an action for equitable or legal relief for harm caused by an unauthorized diversion or a violation of a term or condition of a permit or license. No such person shall be required to exhaust any administrative remedy provided by this chapter before bringing such an action.
