Amended by Stats. 1997, Ch. 323, Sec. 4. Effective January 1, 1998.
If, within the period provided, the applicant does not file an amended and perfected application, the application shall be rejected and canceled, unless for good cause shown the board allows the applicant to file a further amended and perfected application.
