§ 76032

Added by Stats. 1965, Ch. 75.

At the time appointed for the hearing, or at any time to which the hearing may be adjourned, the board of supervisors shall hear and pass upon the petition, and may grant or deny the same. If its decision is against the dissolution of the district, such decision shall be final and conclusive.
