§ 74225

Added by Stats. 1965, Ch. 75.

Special meetings may be ordered by the president or by a majority of the members of the board, specifying in writing the business to be transacted. The order calling for a special meeting shall be entered in the minutes of the board. Three days’ notice shall be given by the secretary to any member not joining in the order, by mailing the notice to him at his last address. Only the business specified in the order shall be transacted at the special meeting.
