§ 6162

Added by Stats. 2017, Ch. 26, Sec. 88. (SB 92) Effective June 27, 2017.

Any regulation promulgated pursuant to this article shall be deemed to be an emergency and necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety, or general welfare.
