§ 81606

Added by Stats. 2002, Ch. 849, Sec. 1. Effective January 1, 2003.

“Master water sales contract” means the document entitled “Settlement Agreement and Master Water Sales Contract between the City and County of San Francisco and Certain Suburban Purchasers in San Mateo County, Santa Clara County, and Alameda County,” dated July 1, 1984.
