§ 8521

Amended by Stats. 2007, Ch. 366, Sec. 7. Effective January 1, 2008.

“Board” means the Central Valley Flood Protection Board. Any reference to the Reclamation Board in this or any other code means the Central Valley Flood Protection Board.
