§ 8709

Repealed and added by Stats. 2013, Ch. 639, Sec. 3. (SB 753) Effective January 1, 2014.

The board shall adopt emergency regulations necessary to implement this article in accordance with Chapter 3.5 (commencing with Section 11340) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code. The adoption of emergency regulations shall be deemed an emergency that calls for the immediate action to avoid serious harm to the public peace, health, safety, or general welfare.
