§ 8960

Added by Stats. 1943, Ch. 369.

No statute of limitations shall be deemed to have run against any action upon or affecting any warrant drawn against any assessment under this part by reason of the lapse of time during which funds adequate for the payment of the outstanding warrants against the assessment were not available.
