Added by Stats. 1967, Ch. 301.
An application for a reservoir site loan pursuant to Section 12885.2 shall include:
(a)Evidence that the proposed site is zoned as a reservoir site.
(b)Geologic data as to the suitability of the site for reservoir construction.
