§ 14528.5

Repealed (in Sec. 7) and added by Stats. 2022, Ch. 610, Sec. 8. (SB 1013) Effective January 1, 2023. Operative January 1, 2024, by its own provisions.
(a)“Wine and distilled spirit cooler” means a beverage containing wine or distilled spirits to which is added concentrated or unconcentrated juice or flavoring material.
(b)This section shall become operative on January 1, 2024.
