§ 25402.7

Amended by Stats. 2024, Ch. 353, Sec. 18. (AB 1533) Effective January 1, 2025.
(a)In consultation with the commission, electric and gas utilities shall provide support for building standards and other regulations pursuant to Section 25402, including appropriate research, development, and training to implement those standards and other regulations.
(b)The electric and gas utilities shall provide support pursuant to subdivision (a) only to the extent that funds are made available to the utilities for that purpose.
