§ 26568.1

Added by Stats. 1984, Ch. 555, Sec. 2. Effective July 18, 1984.

Proceedings for the formation of a district for any of the work specified in Section 26525 may be initiated by a petition signed by two-thirds of the property owners of the real property to be included within the proposed district.
