§ 26555

Added by Stats. 1979, Ch. 1118.

No petition shall be accepted by the clerk of the legislative body unless the signatures thereon shall have been secured within 120 days of the date on which the first signature on the petition was affixed and such petition is submitted to the clerk within 30 days after the last signature was affixed.
