§ 26574

Added by Stats. 1979, Ch. 1118.

A district may do all of the following:

(a)Sue and be sued.
(b)Make, amend, and repeal bylaws.
(c)Have a seal.
(d)Exercise all powers necessary or incidental to carry out the purposes of this division.
