§ 32572

Added by Stats. 2000, Ch. 428, Sec. 1. Effective January 1, 2001.

The conservancy shall restrict access on acquired lands that are unsuitable for parks and open-space use by entering into temporary agreements with other state or local public agencies for the protection of public health and safety, resource management and protection, and security.
