Amended by Stats. 1992, Ch. 1292, Sec. 15. Effective January 1, 1993.
The city recycling component shall include a program and implementation schedule which shows the methods by which the city will, in combination with the source reduction and composting components, reduce a sufficient amount of solid waste disposed of by the city to comply with the diversion requirements of Section 41780.
