§ 41204

The city composting component shall describe the methods which will be used to increase the markets for composted materials, including, but not limited to, an evaluation of the feasibility of procurement preferences for the purchase of composted products. Each city may grant a price preference to encourage the purchase of composted products. The amount of the price preference shall be determined by the city.
